Corporate Entertaining

Arts Educational Schools London offers a hospitality package that can be tailored to a sponsor’s exact requirements and guarantees exclusive access to our actors and creatives.

  • Arts Educational Schools London is perfectly located for post-show dining 5 minutes from the theatre at High Road House on Chiswick High Road. The restaurant, which serves Mediterranean haute cuisine, can be hired exclusively for sponsors’ guests and can accommodate a stand up reception for 150 or a seated dinner for 100.
  • Examples of previous events held for sponsors include; pre-show champagne reception for clients and business hosts with an exclusive introductory talk from the Director or Writer of the production, top-price reserved seats at the theatre, followed by a post-show reception meet and greet with the cast.
  • New for this year, an exclusive behind the scenes experience. Spend an afternoon/evening in the presence of the cast and crew as they prepare for the opening night, with tickets to the open dress run of the production, where anything can happen.
  • Arts Educational Schools London, long standing reputation for excellence in training the award winners of the future has meant many of our Alumni attend our productions through out the year; some of these include Gillian Lynne, Chris Martin, Trevor Nunn, Robert Lyndsay etc
  • For more informal entertaining on the theatre premises, sponsors may wish to hire the Foyer Bar which has a capacity of 50.
