RECENT GRADUATE UPDATE

More and more success stories are emerging from our 2007 graduates who only flew the nest back in June.

The BA Acting graduates have gone on to secure work across the profession including: Frankie McGinty appearing in The Bill, ITV, Anna Nightingale currently performing in Citizenship, Chatroom and Burn at the Royal National Theatre and on tour, Gary Wilson soon to be touring with the Birmingham Stage Company in an adaptation of The Terrible Tudors and The Vile Victorians, and Tom Reed has just completed filming the British feature film The Wreck, based on The Tempest, playing the part of Ariel. Jane Dowden is in the national tour of Terms of Endearment; Eoin Geoghegan has recorded City of Vice for Touchpaper TV and The Passion for the BBC (to be screened at Easter). Rachael Hilton appeared in Grown-Ups on the BBC and has recorded Out Catching Criminals for Resonance Radio.

Recent 2007 Musical Theatre graduates have also had a fantastic start to their careers – working in both West End and touring productions including Adam Margilewski in Dirty Dancing, Ewan Gillies in Hairspray, Laurie Scarth playing Jan in Grease, Michael Conway in Fiddler On The Roof, Oliver King, Tim Bonser, Aki Omesebi, Nia Jermin, Matthew Wesley and Leon Kay all in the UK tour of South Pacific, Michael Pickering in Wicked and Jessica Phillips and Amy Ross who have just started in High School the Musical, to name but a few!

We hope you will be able to join us for one or more of our productions in this coming term, following the next generation of talent soon to hit the stage and screens.
