The schools have a range of spaces for hire to other organisations for their rehearsals and productions. These are available in the evenings and at weekends and school holidays. These spaces are currently enjoyed, amongst others by: - The National Youth Ballet, BBC, Rambert Dance Co, The Really Useful Co, Young Blood, Perfect Pitch and many local groups. The classrooms are also hired by the Open University.

Seats: 140 in raked, retractable bleacher unit.
The raised stage is 7.6m wide, with a 4.9m depth and a 2m apron in front of the proscenium. Height to proscenium is 4.1m, height to grid is 8.15m containing 28 line double purchase counterweighted flying system.
Full sound and light facilities with crew available for an additional charge.
